PFW • DIOR PARADE SS18
This post is also available in: PortuguêsEspañol
It was not too long and it was time to cover another season of parades in Paris and one of the first to delight me was the Maison Dior. Inspired by the French artist André Breton (known as one of the founders of surrealism), Maria Grazia developed a collection with the classic Dior modeling mixed with shapes and textures that allowed us to get lost in playful daydreams, where the clothes almost had a movement of their own and illuminated who wore them.
The black and white dominated the catwalks but far from being obsolete or predictable. Between feathers, transparencies, knits, embroidery and cutouts, the dresses reigned individually on the catwalk.
And speaking of an individual look, these were the choices chosen by my dearest friend and stylist Sator Endo to attend the Dior fashion show.
(@repettoparis), Rober Dognani (@roberdognani) dress, Chanel gloves (@chanelofficial), Christian Louboutin scarf (@louboutinworld), Marcelo Bonito Designer accessories (@marcelobonitodesigner) and Karin Reiter earrings (@ karinreiteratelier).
My look was photographed by the wonderful photographer Alex Rossu (@alexandrurosuphotographer).
