Bonjour! Yes, it did not take long and I’m already in Paris again for another week of fashion and of course, as always, I’ll share here with you details of each parade I attend.
Starting with Yumi Katsura. Although the stylist is Japanese, she presents her haute couture works in Paris fashion week. She graduated from the Fashion Department of Kyoritsu Women’s University in Japan and then studied at the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de Couture in Paris. She was the first to perform a wedding dress parade in Japan in 1964, shortly after opening her first specialized bridal shop in Tokyo. That is, the stylist is really responsible for milestones in the history of fashion.
In its parade, we can see pieces with classic modeling, with prints and embroidery. We can also see textures elaborated in detail, which enrich the dress details without losing the oriental delicacy.
