Vicky Barcelona é um restaurante & Lounge com uma culinária Ibérica assinado pelo chefe de cozinha Eduardo Bonfim que iniciou sua paixão pela cozinha há 18 anos na rede de hoties Mercure, já atuou como chefe executivo no Tuy Coccina por 3 anos e hoje está como Chefe e responsável pela cozinha do Vicky Barcelona, ao lado da sua Subchef, Luciana Gonzales.
Vicky Barcelona is a Restaurant & Lounge with an Iberian cuisine signed by chef Eduardo Bonfim, who started his passion for cooking 18 years ago at the Mercure hotel chain, has served as executive chef at Tuy Coccina for 3 years and today is Chef and responsible for the kitchen at Vicky Barcelona, alongside her sous-chef, Luciana Gonzales.
O projeto de arquitetura do restaurante foi realizado e assinado pelo designer alemão Rudol Piper, com meio século de experiência em idealizar projetos de boates e restaurantes em vários países, virou uma lenda da noite internacional e possui um repertório de histórias.
