Sabrina é sócia da franquia desde 2019, quando comprou parte do negócio, que tem mais três empreendedores à frente. A proposta é combinar um restaurante bistrô, inspirado nos modelos de Tóquio, com uma peixaria. Nesse formato, a loja vende os mesmos peixes oferecidos no menu, mas para consumo em casa.
