I want to share with you some of my studies and research and today I will talk about REIKI.
O Reiki é uma terapia energética de imposição de mãos e utilização de símbolos que busca canalizar a energia que flui durante o processo de sintonia do Reikiano com a energia do universo. Essa interação energética ocorre entre a energia vital KI, e a inteligência universal REI, canalizada e aplicada pelos Reikianos.
Reiki is an energetic therapy involving the laying on of hands and the use of symbols that seeks to channel the energy that flows during the Reikian attunement process with the energy of the universe. This energetic interaction occurs between the vital energy KI, and the universal intelligence REI, channeled and applied by Reikians.
É Reconhecido pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), sendo oferecido pelo Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) como uma Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares. Devido a SUA alta eficácia e inúmeros relatos positivos em todo o mundo é uma das Terapias Holísticas com maior demanda e cada vez mais adeptos.
It is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), being offered by the Unified Health System (SUS) as a National Policy for Integrative and Complementary Practices. Due to ITS high effectiveness and numerous positive reports around the world, it is one of the Holistic Therapies with the highest demand and increasingly adherents.
A prática foi redescoberta no Japão no início do século XX por Mikao Usui e remonta à antiga arte budista de canalizar a energia através das mãos. A captação dessa energia se dá por uma sintonização, em que a energia entra pelo chakra Coronário do reikiano, localizado no alto da cabeça, passa pelo chakra Cardíaco, localizado na área do coração. Assim, de lá é distribuída para as mãos, por onde é transmitida, tanto para o próprio reikiano na autoaplicação ou para outra pessoa, animal, planta ou o ambiente.
The practice was rediscovered in Japan in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui and dates back to the ancient Buddhist art of channeling energy from the hands. The capture of this energy takes place through an attunement, in which the energy enters the Reikian’s Crown chakra, located at the top of the head, passes through the Heart chakra, located in the heart area. Thus, from there it is distributed to the hands, where it is heard, either for the Reiki practitioner himself in self-application or for another person, animal, plant or the environment.

Na Aplicação, o Reiki atua ativando e recompondo a energia vibracional, energia conhecida como aura, onde se localizam os corpos energéticos, camadas sutis de energia que estão redor do corpo físico. Como a vibração da energia Reiki é de frequência mais alta, as energias dissonantes tendem a buscar o equilíbrio, ou seja, aumentar a vibração, limpando e reativando nossos centros de energia, meridianos e padrões energéticos. Dessa forma, a energia flui em perfeita harmonia e equilíbrio, retornando a um fluxo natural e saudável.
In the Application, Reiki acts by activating and recomposing the vibrational energy, energy known as aura, where the energetic bodies are located, subtle layers of energy that are around the physical body. As the vibration of Reiki energy is of a higher frequency, the dissonant energies tend to seek balance, that is, to raise the vibration, cleaning and reactivating our energy centers, meridians and energy patterns. In this way, energy flows in perfect harmony and balance, returning to a natural and healthy flow.

Reiki helps to reinvigorate emotional, mental and physical dysfunctions and imbalances, helping to eliminate blockages and promoting balance in the being, gradually and uniformly. This technique directs the required energies to the points of the body that most need treatment; it helps to obtain a greater understanding of your personal universe, eliminating internal and external conflicts; helps to reassume your well-being and your love connection with yourself, returning to your original state of balance, health, success, harmony, peace and happiness; helps bring about the restoration of energy balance; helps to relax the physical body, especially in cases of stress or insomnia.
O Reiki possui alguns símbolos que tratam em vários níveis: Cho Ku Rei, nível físico potencializando a aplicação e pode ser usado de várias formas; Sei He Ki, nível mais emocional; Hon Sha Ze Sho Nem, nível mental; Dai Koo Myo, símbolo da realização e da capacitação.
Reiki has some symbols that deal with on several levels: Cho Ku Rei, a physical level that enhances the application and can be used in several ways; Sei He Ki, more emotional level; Hon Sha Ze Sho Nem, mental level; Dai Koo Myo, symbol of achievement and empowerment.
