The Greek Zolotas Jewels In Paris

 In Brands and Icons, Fashion

This post is also available in: PortuguêsEspañol

When I was in Paris, I received the invitation for an exclusive visit to Zolotas luxury jewelry. Zolotas is a Greek brand and its origin is reflected in each piece. The predominant material in the collections is yellow gold and the design refers mostly to ancient Greece, for example in the use of laurel leaves. In Greek mythology this was one of the symbols used by Apollo, god of light, healing, poetry, music and prophecy and also protector of athletes and young warriors. Well, who knows me knows that I love mythology and Greek culture, not for less, since my husband is from there. And the incredible thing is that the brand director is still friends with Chris’s mom!

Knowing more about the brand I fell in love with history and pieces. A manual work and an attention to detail is very difficult to find nowadays in major trademarks. Look at these pictures to get an idea of what I’m talking about …

According to the brand concept, “Jewels are shaped by the four elements, earth, water, wind and fire. The jewels, far from being purely ornamental objects, are a magical and unalterable symbol of perfection. They are a ray of light that man uses or offers to loved ones. Provoking unique emotions, it is an act of transmission of absolute light. ” Is not that the incredible idea?

The visit to Zolotas happens during the Fashion day Tour, a service organized by Paula Saady of the blog www.parismechama.com.
